Orders will be processed within 2-3 Business Days.

Orders do not come with shipping insurance. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

We do not ship internationally.

RETURN INFORMATION

Aubrey's Accents gladly accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective items for store credit only.

All Sales items are final and not eligible for a return. All BOGO are final Sale.

Returns must be requested with 7 days of receiving your order. Aubrey's Accents is not responsible for shipping costs of your return. Your store credit will be for the amount of the item itself and tax.

All merchandise must be returned unwarned, unwashed with original tags attached. Items returned not meeting "new" requirements will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Due to our rapidly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges.
